Modular systems

 

These modular systems are suitable for the ultrasonic cleaning and spot free drying of parts. This type of cleaning systems offers the highest flexibility to translate the cleaning process in to the required equipment. These for precision technology engineered systems could consist out of an ultrasonic cleaning bath, cascade rinse and hot air or vacuum dryer. The volumes are deliverable from 20 up to 400 liter and the ultrasonic frequency in 30 or 40 kHz.

There are several options available so that the system could be optimized to the application.. To be mentioned are; connection to pump/filter system, oil separator, skim device, heating on the rinsing baths, ultrasonic on the last rinse, central piping system, oscillation movement system, automation, conveyor systems, enclosures. The question which execution and frequency will be optimal for your application could be answered by the support of laboratory tests.

No matter which execution will be chosen these systems do have the following characteristics:

• Cleaning bath in SS – 316L – 2 mm
• Outer skirt/panels in SS 304
• Operating control from the front
• ultrasonic timer 1 – 60 minutes or continuously
