Ultrasonic immersibles

	An ultrasonic immersible consist of a plasma welded stainless steel housing where a number of PZT-transducers are enclosed. (PZT stands for lead, zirconat, titanat ceramics). The ultrasonic power will be determined by the number of PZT-transducers. Immersibles could be build into new cleaning installations but also in existing cleaning baths.

The standard working frequencies are 25 kHz, 40 kHz and 132 kHz. There are different ways for mounting/installing the immersibles into a cleaning bath. Which way will be mainly caused by the application. The immersibles could be mounted to one or two sidewalls, the bottom or even in combination with a wall. Also for the connection and hook-up there are several possibilities. In combination with our ultrasonic generator program this type off ultrasonic offers you a maximum of flexibility.
The immersibles are available with an ultrasonic power from 300W up to 3000W each.
