Industrial cleaning bath

This program industrial cleaning baths is standard deliverable with a volume from 40 till 360 liter. On top of the standard frequencies 25 and 40 kHz higher frequencies or multi-frequency systems could be delivered. The question which execution or frequency will result in the best cleaning performance for your application could be answered by doing laboratory tests.

All industrial cleaners do have the following in common:

• Cleaning bath in SS 316 – metal sheet 2 mm.
• Outer skirt in SS 304 – metal sheet 1,25 mm.
• Operational display at the front panel:
• ultrasonic time adjustable from 1-99 minutes or continuously
• temperature setting/readout up to 80°C
• ultrasonic power adjustable from 40% - 100%
• degas function
• Provided with heating and sound insulation.
• Standard provided with liquid level protection and dry boiling safety device to protect the heating and ultrasonic elements.
• External ultrasonic generator, standard cable length 5 meter, other length possible.
• Main switch at the front.
• Positioned on adjustable feet's – 80 mm (standard series).
• Delivery inclusive SS cover and industrial wire mesh basket.
• Complete with drain valve, filling valve and overflow valve.
• Inclusive electrical power cable with CEKON plug.
• All equipment will be manufactured and delivered according European (CE) guidelines and norms.
