Compact systems

These compact systems are very suitable for the ultrasonic cleaning en spot free drying of smaller parts. The system consist out of an ultrasonic cleaning bath, cascade rinse and hot air dryer. The systems could be delivered with a volume of 12, 25 or 40 liter. The ultrasonic frequency will be 30 or 40 kHz. There are several options available so that the system could be optimized to the application. To be mentioned are; connection to pump/filter system, oil separator, skim device, heating on the rinsing baths, ultrasonic on the last rinse, oscillation movement system, automation, basic frame. The question which execution and frequency will be optimal for your application could be answered by the support of laboratory tests.
