Automated systems

These modular systems are suitable for the efficient ultrasonic cleaning and spot free drying of parts. These cleaning systems could be fully engineered to the cleaning application and/or customer specification. These for precision cleaning constructed systems could consist out of multi-process functions. Besides standard bath dimensions also deviating dimensions/volumes could be delivered. There are several options available so that the system could be optimized to the application. To be mentioned are; connection to pump/filter system, oil separator, skim device, heating on the rinsing baths, ultrasonic on the last rinse, central piping system, oscillation movement system, automation, conveyor systems, enclosures. The question which execution and frequency will be optimal for your application could be answered by the support of laboratory tests.
