Eco-cleaningbaths

This new ECO-series industrial ultrasonic cleaning baths will be delivered standard with a lift device and a vertical movement system in order to improve the rinse performance. This will be necessary in case capillary and blind holes are present in the to be cleaned parts.

In order to fulfil the increased demands in respect to the environment the systems do have an build-in oil separator and oil skimmer. Oil and grease will be continuously separated out of the cleaning agent. On top a pump/filter unit is also installed to remove the particles.

Both devices are improving the lifetime of the cleaning bath, taking care of cleaner products, reducing the use of chemistry with as a consequence lower operational cost and with less effect on the environment.

The ultrasonic cleaning baths will be available in several volumes and sizes, all with adjustable heating, executed with an ultrasonic immersible transducer and a stand alone ultrasonic generator.
